We are seeking an energetic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis in Richmond, TX. We provide comprehensive training for candidates with the right skill set and a willingness to obtain required licenses, including the Property and Casualty license. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach and scheduled appointments.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and high satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, policy transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Support the growth of the agency by meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive office culture.
Qualifications
- Prior insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty or Life & Health licenses are preferred, but not required. Training and support are provided for candidates willing to obtain these licenses.
- Sales experience in roles such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets or quotas is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license if not already licensed.
