Insurance Sales Representative Job DescriptionWellington Hawkins - State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated and professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Jacksonville, FL. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our agency’s mission to provide exceptional service and comprehensive insurance solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer care and sales to contribute to the growth and success of a well-established State Farm agency. The employment type for this role is part-time.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our insurance products and services.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a needs-based review process to identify and address their unique requirements.
- Develop sales leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to open new opportunities and influence potential customers positively.
- Must obtain a 440 Customer Service License within 30 days of hire.
- Active driver’s license required.
