As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing insurance solutions to clients while building long-lasting relationships. Our agency offers comprehensive training, so prior insurance experience is not required. The position is based in Knoxville, TN, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs, delivering engaging sales presentations to close sales effectively.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships through diligent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Network consistently to generate new business opportunities and strengthen professional relationships within the community.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, ensuring all client inquiries and service needs are addressed efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving sales goals and quotas on a daily basis.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities, expanding offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license is required for this position.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, allowing for a broader client reach and support.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and adherence to ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong ability to initiate contact, open new opportunities, and schedule appointments, including from a cold start.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to the value that insurance and financial products provide in clients’ lives.
