Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present coverage options.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively close insurance sales.
- Establish and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
- Engage in networking activities to generate new client leads and service opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients throughout their experience with the agency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, consistently striving to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand services with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire is required.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license, if not already held.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Preferred 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products for clients' well-being.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in prior roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Skilled at generating new business opportunities and setting appointments, including from cold leads.
