Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, present coverage options, and close sales with new and existing customers.

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain as a condition of employment).
- Life & Health insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain as a condition of employment).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, though not required.
- Strong enthusiasm for and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in supporting individuals and families.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in professional settings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate contacts, secure appointments, and build relationships from the ground up.
