Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process to ensure clients are informed about available products.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving team and individual sales goals on a daily basis.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both new and existing clients to support business growth.
Requirements

- Consistently provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency management.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Commitment to staying current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education.
