Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present product solutions effectively to prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and guide clients through the insurance selection process to close sales successfully.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up communication as needed.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities and expand the agency’s reach within the community.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to foster agency growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license as a condition of employment.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for helping individuals and families secure their futures through insurance and financial products.
- Strong sense of trustworthiness, reliability, and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, to effectively address client needs.
- Proven capability in initiating contact with potential clients and securing appointments, even from a cold start.
