Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in helping people achieve financial security.
- Track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads, open doors, and schedule appointments through proactive outreach.
