Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license as required by state regulations.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, but not required for motivated candidates with a willingness to learn.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, supporting communication with a diverse client base.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Strong prospecting abilities and skill in securing appointments and building client relationships from the ground up.
