- Conduct thorough needs analysis for each client to recommend tailored solutions that help them achieve their financial goals, such as retirement planning, college savings, and wealth management.
- Utilize digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract, engage, and retain clients through web, social media, and email communication.
- Participate in industry-leading training programs, including a dedicated learning platform, personalized coaching, and the pursuit of professional designations.
- Leverage guidance from experienced peers and mentors through study groups and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism as outlined by New York Life and relevant industry bodies such as FINRA and SIPC.
- Optionally, pursue specialization in specific areas such as financial advisory or estate planning by working with New York Life’s subsidiaries, including NYLIFE Securities LLC and Eagle Strategies LLC.
