- Utilize digital tools and marketing resources to attract, prospect, and retain clients, including web, social, and email content management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including industry-leading learning platforms and mentorship opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and participate in company-sponsored sales incentives and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with experienced team members, study groups, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and provide the best service to clients.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the financial services and insurance industry.
