Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients by assessing their needs and matching them with suitable products and coverage options.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to individuals and groups, effectively communicating the value and benefits of insurance and financial products.
- Close sales through effective follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to address questions and service requests.
- Proactively develop ongoing networking relationships within the community and industry to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients, helping to secure their long-term financial well-being.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and success by maintaining a strong work ethic and consistently striving to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Previous sales experience, ideally 1-2 years, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas, demonstrating drive, motivation, and resilience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus and will be considered favorably.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in all business dealings.
- Ability to initiate and secure appointments from a cold start, displaying confidence and resourcefulness in outreach efforts.
