Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed agency targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed to address client needs.
- Actively build and sustain networking relationships to generate new business and expand the agency’s reach within the South Bend, IN community.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to achieving daily success and contributing to team goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (preferred).
- 2-5 years of insurance experience (required).
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated successful track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the vital role insurance and financial products play in protecting and supporting individuals and families.
- Proven history of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical professional conduct.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency in generating leads, securing appointments, and building relationships starting from a cold introduction.
