Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, targeted marketing, direct outreach, and engaging with current policyholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed a minimum of 75% of personal production standards set by the agency, contributing to both individual and team sales performance.
- Conduct sales presentations that align with customer needs, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of company products and the sales process.
- Present company sales materials efficiently and effectively, showcasing the benefits and value of insurance products to prospective clients.
- Provide customer service support or direct inquiries to the appropriate channels as needed.
- Field train and accompany independent agents, supporting new agent onboarding and ensuring a solid understanding of the sales process.
- Coach and mentor established agents, offering field support and guidance during customer visits to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Assist agents in assignment planning, appointment setting, and reporting any operational issues encountered during new business setup.
- Participate in meetings with assigned agents, providing ongoing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Adhere to agency, state, and company legal standards to ensure ethical and compliant business operations.
