Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance products and services.
- Support sales efforts by assisting with marketing initiatives and helping the team meet established marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the agent and team members to maintain high standards of service and achieve daily objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating client records, processing policy changes, and assisting with documentation as needed.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to team success each day.
- Previous customer service experience is required; sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- People-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

- P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred but not required.
