Key Responsibilities- Gain comprehensive knowledge of a full suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Financial Services, and Life Insurance.
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options accordingly.
- Prospect new clients through leads provided by the company, as well as through self-generated efforts and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Participate in mentorship and one-on-one coaching sessions with experienced agents to continuously develop your sales and customer service skills.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to achieve agency sales goals and meet performance targets.
- Build a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to prepare for potential agency ownership in the future.
- Ensure compliance with all state insurance licensing requirements and company policies.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or entrepreneurship is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
