Kim Austin - State Farm Agency is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Cold calling, setting appointments and working on specific projects to help the sales team.
Enter client information into the agency management system and update records as necessary.
Act as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist in organizing marketing events, preparing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.

Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work independently and as a supporting team player.
