Insurance Sales Assistant

Kim Austin - State Farm Agency is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Cold calling, setting appointments and working on specific projects to help the sales team.

• Enter client information into the agency management system and update records as necessary.

• Act as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Assist in organizing marketing events, preparing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

• Ability to work independently and as a supporting team player.
