Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes responding to questions regarding insurance products, policy availability, eligibility criteria, coverage options, policy updates, transfers, claims submissions, and billing matters.
- Engage customers in needs-based conversations to educate them on suitable insurance products and coverage options, helping them make informed decisions for their unique situations.

Qualifications
