Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life, Health) - SummaryAs an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life, Health), you will be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, renters, life, and business policies. The position requires active Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work in a team-oriented agency setting, focusing on meeting sales goals and providing expert guidance to clients.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive lead follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, sell, and service auto, home, life, renters, and business insurance policies
- Follow up on leads and maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service, including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Work towards individual and team sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
- Annual earning potential ranging from $40,000 to $90,000 or more
