- Client-focused sales role requiring active P&C and Life & Health licenses
- Engage with customers to assess needs, provide insurance solutions, and deliver ongoing support

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs
- Market and recommend appropriate products and services to new and existing clients
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Assist clients with policy updates, transfers, and claim submissions
