Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, present insurance products, and close sales effectively.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt and friendly follow-up as needed.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to expand your client base and strengthen business development opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional client support to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving success and reaching sales targets each day.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life & Health license (required).
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is required.
- Strong enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products for clients’ lives.
- Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to initiate client relationships and secure appointments from the outset.
