Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate sales leads through multiple channels, including outreach, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities for the agency.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including auto, home, life, and health products.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication to address ongoing client needs and concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries related to insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, billing questions, and other service-related matters.
- Support agency marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagement within the Dickson, TN community.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas as established by the agency.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and meeting performance targets preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation, organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build rapport and relate to a diverse range of customers with professionalism and empathy.
