Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate leads through active prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Market and sell a full suite of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) coverage.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all insurance matters.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, and claims processes.
- Assist clients with billing questions, policy transfers, and other service-related needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas to support agency growth and success.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Must be able to work in-office at the Monroe Township, NJ location.
