Key Responsibilities

- Initiate contact with businesses and private individuals via telephone to promote insurance products, services, and referral programs.
- Drive sales revenue by leveraging phone, email, and curated client lists to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients on available insurance policies, helping them choose options that best fit their unique needs and circumstances.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales progress using company systems and software.
- Actively participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with changes in insurance products and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with strong communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Excellent multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and leads simultaneously.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is an asset, but not mandatory—comprehensive training is provided for promising candidates.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred; however, candidates willing to obtain this certification may also be considered.
- Strong listening and closing skills, with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to generate appointments and new business opportunities from a cold start through effective outreach strategies.
