We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is with a respected State Farm independent contractor agency, focused on providing outstanding service and comprehensive insurance solutions to our valued clients. As an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed), you will play a critical role in helping individuals, families, and businesses assess their insurance needs and secure the right coverage options. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs for various insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and support as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Market appropriate insurance products—such as Property & Casualty, Life, and Health policies—tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas established by the agency.
- Effectively communicate policy options and updates to both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- Active Life & Health license is required.
- Experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment (such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is valued.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
