Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain leads through various outreach strategies, including scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs.
- Market and present appropriate insurance products and services that align with clients' individual requirements.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing continuous support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Assist customers with policy reviews, transfers, and clarifications regarding their insurance coverage.
- Insurance sales experience, particularly with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) products, is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas, ideally in an insurance sales environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and effectively relate to customers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Required: Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
