Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our team on a full-time basis in Cambridge, MD. As an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed), you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities- Develop and pursue leads, schedule client appointments, and identify customer needs to offer appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, coverage options, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas by proactively marketing insurance solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health insurance license required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related sales roles (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets is advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills essential for client interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client needs and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to relate to customers and understand their insurance requirements.
