Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time position focused on insurance sales and customer service
- Engage with new and existing clients to determine insurance needs
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to build a strong client base
- Schedule appointments and conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs
- Market and sell insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by the agency
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse clients and build trust
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is advantageous
