The Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both prospective and existing clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products that best meet individual and business needs. As a full-time member of the team, the Insurance Sales Agent plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth within the organization by identifying sales opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and fostering lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as set by the office, contributing to overall team success.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with clients, including a range of financial products.
- Stay informed about new and existing insurance products, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to ensure accurate client recommendations.
- Engage in proactive prospecting activities, generating new business through leads, referrals, and networking efforts.
- Deliver outstanding client service through regular follow-up phone calls, ensuring that client needs are addressed and relationships are nurtured.
- Act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Current insurance sales license, compliant with relevant state regulations and industry standards.
