Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and secure new insurance business, utilizing effective sales strategies to grow your client base as an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed).
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring each receives comprehensive service and ongoing support.
- Recommend tailored insurance solutions across personal, commercial, and financial products to address client needs.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products, aligning with the evolving goals and circumstances of each client.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and proactive communication.
- Stay current on new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license; a Life & Health license is considered a plus for the Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) position.
- Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a related field, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve both personal and team goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
