We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in New Orleans, LA. Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and assess client needs in order to recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including auto, home, property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up to address evolving insurance needs.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Contribute to achieving agency sales goals and support team success through collaboration and proactive engagement with clients.

Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, with a focus on Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
- Current Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license required, or must be able to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to relate effectively to customers, ensuring a positive client experience.
