- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and attentive service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all documentation is compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is required for the Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) position.
- Life and Health insurance license is strongly preferred; candidates must be able to obtain this license if not already held.
- Previous insurance sales experience or related sales roles (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for success as an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed).
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment in St. Louis Park, MN.
