Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs for insurance products and services.
- Market and present appropriate insurance solutions, including property, casualty, life, and health products, to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, proactive communication, and exceptional service delivery.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers, including handling inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of customer service and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Life & Health insurance license preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and self-motivation required.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to a diverse customer base.
