Licensed Insurance Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is with a State Farm agency in San Diego, CA, and is well-suited for insurance professionals who are passionate about helping clients find the right coverage and protecting their financial future. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with clients, while supporting the agency's growth and success. Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments to assess client needs.
- Identify and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to meet customer requirements, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing communication and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing details.
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are required for this role.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, whether from inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and relate effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated approach and a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
