Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our team full-time in Oklahoma City, OK. As a member of our award-winning agency, you will play a key role in helping clients understand and enroll in insurance products that meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Schedule appointments to understand prospective and current clients’ insurance needs.
- Market and explain various insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular follow-up and support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive office environment.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain these licenses as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or as an inside/outside sales representative is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly valued.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Experience with State Farm products and systems is preferred.
Employment Details
- Full-time, in-office position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
- Standard work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
