Insurance Sales Agent (Bilingual, Spanish) – P&C, Life & Health Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Sales Agent (Bilingual, Spanish) to join our team at a State Farm agency in Kenner, LA. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to deliver exceptional insurance solutions to clients while utilizing your Spanish and English language skills. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a key role in educating clients on insurance products, developing strong relationships, and growing our customer base. Key Responsibilities- Develop leads by engaging potential customers through various channels, including scheduling appointments and conducting needs analysis.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, and claims.
- Assist clients with clarifying billing information and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas through effective communication and a consultative sales approach.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Life & Health license (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Previous sales experience preferred, including experience as an inside or outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers and understand their unique needs.
- Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
