Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads to expand the agency's customer base.
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right insurance products and services.
- Market appropriate insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support and follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Participate in regular training and development to maintain licensing compliance and enhance product knowledge.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory to effectively serve the agency's diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
