We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads through proactive outreach, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing information.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed agency sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Utilize agency resources and training to stay current on insurance products, regulations, and best practices in customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Current Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license required.
- Prior insurance sales experience is preferred, including roles such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse range of customers and team members.
