Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and personalized insurance solutions.
- Identify prospective customers and generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance needs analysis for individuals and businesses to recommend appropriate products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies.
- Present, promote, and sell insurance products to existing and prospective clients using solid arguments and product knowledge.
- Work independently to manage your sales pipeline, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities, including hands-on experience with mentor agents and district office support.
- Utilize digital tools and maintain a virtual presence to reach a broad audience and support remote selling efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and compliance requirements to best serve clients.

- No bankruptcies or felony criminal record.
- Willingness to obtain, or current possession of, Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance licenses as required by state law.
