David Krough - State Farm Agency is currently seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities
- Proactively call leads and previous customers to schedule appointments, assess insurance needs, and present suitable insurance products and services. Deliver accurate and comprehensive insurance quotes to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely follow-up to address questions and provide continued support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes answering inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses.
- Background in sales, whether outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is desirable.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers.
- Active Property & Casualty license in Missouri or Kansas, or willingness to obtain.
- Active Life & Health license in Missouri or Kansas, or willingness to obtain.
