Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license, which is required for the role. Training and guidance are provided to support licensure.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license, with support available for the licensing process.
- Genuine enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products in enhancing clients’ lives and securing their futures.
- Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, dependability, and adherence to ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in written, verbal, and listening abilities to effectively engage clients and team members.
- Proven ability to proactively generate leads, set appointments, and open doors from a cold start, contributing to agency growth and personal success.
