- Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000, depending on licensing and experience

- Eligibility for SIMPLE IRA after one year of employment
- Comprehensive training and outstanding preparation for future advancement, including potential to become a State Farm agent
- Property & Casualty insurance license required (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Life & Health insurance license required (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Strong enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to initiate new client relationships and generate appointments through proactive outreach
