Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate insurance quotes and pricing information to prospective and existing clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of each product’s benefits and details.
- Adhere strictly to all guidelines and compliance requirements established by Farmers Insurance, maintaining ethical and legal standards at all times.
- Proactively work with existing leads and generate new leads through effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote and explain a range of insurance products, including property & casualty, and life & health policies, to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records within the agency’s management system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Support agency-wide initiatives and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain or current possession of a valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license, as required by state law.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, confident, and assertive approach to building client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new information, and work effectively as part of a team.

- Successful completion of a credit and background check in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
