Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and identify specific customer insurance needs to offer tailored insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing clarifications.
- Engage in ongoing product and service marketing to existing and prospective clients, ensuring clients are aware of the full range of solutions offered.
- Uphold the agency's reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and customer satisfaction through every client interaction.
- Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain both within 30 days of employment.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to better serve a wider client base.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to relate to and connect with customers from various backgrounds.
