Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) Position OverviewScott Bird State Farm Agency is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) for a full-time opportunity in Nacogdoches, Texas. Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage new leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying the insurance needs of prospective and existing clients in Nacogdoches, Texas.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health coverage, tailored to customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy eligibility, changes, claims, billing questions, and other service-related matters.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency through active participation in team initiatives.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required for this full-time position in Nacogdoches, Texas.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively relate to and engage with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
