Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, deliver effective sales presentations, and successfully close sales.

Qualifications
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Property & Casualty license is required.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license is necessary for this Insurance Sales Agent position.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong enthusiasm for the positive role that insurance and financial products play in individuals’ lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in prior roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency at generating leads, setting appointments, and initiating client relationships from scratch.
