As an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed), you will play a key role in driving business growth while supporting clients with exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and pursue leads to expand the agency’s customer base, including scheduling appointments and identifying customer insurance needs.
- Market a full range of insurance products and services, such as property and casualty, life, and health insurance, ensuring clients receive comprehensive coverage options.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any further needs.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is highly preferred.
- Experience in insurance sales or related sales roles (such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base, providing solutions that meet individual needs.
- Must be able to work on-site in New Berlin, WI for this full-time position.
