Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes for prospective clients, presenting options clearly and professionally.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the purchasing process and finalizing transactions.

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license in accordance with state requirements.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; a strong drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment is essential.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Passion for assisting clients through insurance and financial products.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in prospecting and securing new appointments, building relationships from the ground up.
