Insurance Sales Agent About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team full-time in Delray Beach, FL. Previous insurance experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities- Develop and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs, and guide prospects through the sales process to close sales effectively.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing support for both new and existing clients.
- Build and nurture a network of contacts through proactive networking and relationship management activities.
- Deliver responsive, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success, striving to exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Identify new opportunities to provide additional services to clients, expanding the value and coverage provided by our agency.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in supporting individuals and families.
- Demonstrated track record of dependability, ethical conduct, and trustworthiness in previous roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in initiating new business opportunities, including the ability to generate appointments and build relationships from a cold start.
Candidates must secure the required state licenses prior to the start date. This includes the Customer Service Representative license, as well as Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses for the State of Florida. Reimbursement for licensing fees is available to support qualified candidates in obtaining these credentials.
