We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Marion, OH. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients, utilizing product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively close sales to meet or exceed established goals.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a total commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly success.
- Identify additional service opportunities with both current and prospective clients to maximize value and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within two weeks of employment.
- Must obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support provided for the licensing process).
- Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong ability to initiate contact and secure appointments with potential clients, including prospecting from a cold start.
